Rules & Regulations

  • Institute reserves the right to reject an application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
  • Requisite fees shall have to be paid along with filled application form for consideration of application.
  • No adjustment or refund of fees shall be made under any circumstances.
  • Participants must observe the rules and regulations laid down by the Institute from time to time. Any breach of discipline is liable to be dealt with seriously and Director’s decision in this regard will be final and binding.
  • Identity card should be always carried and should be worn visibly during the course of lectures. Participants coming without identity card will not be allowed to enter the class.
  • ADMISSION CRITERIA
    • Application to be filled in and duly signed.

      Three Stamp size photographs with name on the back of photos.

      Course Fee by cheque/D.D. in favour of “Export Import Management Institutes, Payable at Mumbai.

      Photocopy of marksheet or certificate of last exam held/appeared.

      All documents should be attached with Application.

  • ELIGIBILITY
    • ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN INTERNATIONAL TRADE & ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY CHAIN.

      Graduate of any recognized University.

      Diploma Holder from any recognized Institute.

      12th Pass or appeared 12th Exams.

  • EFFICIENCY STANDARD
    • The following are the minimum grade marks fixed by the Board in respect of the DVANCED CERTIFICATE IN INTERNATIONAL TRADE & ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN LOGISTICS & SUPPLY CHAIN.

      40 percent Marks in each subject and

      50 percent Marks in aggregate for Passing

      60 percent Marks of the total for First Class

      70 percent Marks of the total for Distinction

  • METHODOLOGY
    • The methodology for teaching comprises classroom sessions, visits to Ports.

      CLASSROOMS:
      The classrooms are well equipped with OHP, Screen, writing Board, Good seating arrangements.

      VISIT TO PORTS:
      The visits are organized regularly to J.N.P.T (subject to availability of person)

  • ATTENDANCES
    • The Institute expects the participants to maintain full attendance during tenure of the course. The students are also requiring to attending full all the classes on a regular basis. Absence without sufficient cause will lead to automatic expulsion form the course.

      Note: The Institute organizes multiple batches at different location. Since starting of each batch is having different dates, the subjects are different.

      Any participant missing any lecture in any subject can avail the facility to attend he / she missing subject/lecture at other location, with prior written permission.

  • ADVANCED CERTIFICATE AND ISSUANCE OF DUPLICATE ADVANCED CERTIFICATE
    • The Certificate will be awarded by Indian Merchants’ Chamber.

      Duplicate Certificate:
      A charge of Rs. 50/- and Rs. 25/- will be made for the issue of the duplicate Advanced Certificate and Mark sheet respectively. Such a duplicate certificate shall only be issued on production of evidence satisfactory to the Director General of the Board that the original document was lost or destroyed.

      Delivery of Certificate:

      1. Please collect your certificates from office of the Institute, after prior appointments.
      2. Normally certificates are distributed/delivered by hand during the functions, held twice a year, once in month of June and second in the month of October.

  • PROGRAM FOR THE CONDUCT OF FINAL EXAMINATION
    • The Board will announce the date of receiving such application for the registration. Candidates should fill up the Examination entry from at least two months before the date of the examination indicating their registration number. The final program the dates, times and venue of the examination will be announced two weeks prior to the scheduled date of examination.

      Application Form for exam should be filled and signed by applicant.

      Requisite fee of examination should be paid along with application.

      Photocopy of registration/eligibility certificate from Indian Merchants' Chamber should be attached with the application. Delay in submitting above documents may attract penalty. Subject to receiving above documents, Hall Tickets from IMC will be delivered by hand from office of the Institute.

  • EXAMINATION CENTRES
    • At present the Examination are held at Mumbai Only The address of examination centres will informed to participants.

      Secondly, individually, while collecting Hall Tickets from office of the Institute.

  • COURSE DURATION
    • ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN INTERNATIONAL TRADE

      1. Mon/Wed/Fri - Approximately four months
      2. Tue/Thus/Sat - Approximately Four months
      3. Sundays Only - Approximately Eight months

      ADVANCE CERTIFICATE COURSE IN LOGISTICS & SUPPLY CHAIN
      Sunday’s only - 8 months

  • COURSE FEES
    • ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN INTERNATIONAL TRADE
      At the time of admission, participants are required to pay a sum of Rs. 21,850/- (Rupees Twenty One Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Only) by DD / Cheque along with admission form, three stamp size photograph and Photocopy of Graduation / Diploma Certificate.

      ADVANCED CERTIFICATES IN LOGISTICS & SUPPLY CHAIN
      At the time of admission, participants are required to pay a sum of Rs. 21,850/- (Rupees Twenty One Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Only) by DD / Cheque along with admission form, three stamp size photograph and Photocopy of Graduation / Diploma Certificate.

      Note: Fees is subject to change without any prior notice, which is at discretion of the management. Fees once paid are Non-Refundable / Non-Transferable under any circumstance what-so-ever.

  • EXAMINATION FEE
    • ADVANCED CERTIFICATE COURSE IN INTERNATIONAL TRADE
      (Recognized by: IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry)
      A Candidate will be required to pay an examination fee of Rs. 3000/-(Rs.Three Thousand Only) inclusive of charges for statement of mark sheet, along with the application, Photocopy of IMC registration Certificate, IMC Registration fee is Rs. 2000/- (Two Thousand Only).

      ADVANCED CERTIFICATE COURSE IN LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY CHAIN
      (Recognized by: IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry)
      A Candidate will be required to pay an examination fee of Rs. 2500/-(Rs.Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) inclusive of charges for statement of mark sheet, along with the application, Photocopy of IMC registration Certificate, IMC Registration fee is Rs. 2000/-(Rs.Two Thousand Only).

      Note: Examination fee is subject to change without any prior notice.
